At Pro Vision Academy, Speed & Strength is about more than power or speed—it’s about building complete athletes with the discipline, work ethic, and mindset to thrive in any environment.

This program is designed to help youth (grades 5-12) develop the physical tools they need—strength, speed, mobility, flexibility, and endurance—while also building habits that fuel long-term success.

Through expert coaching and a purpose-driven environment, athletes grow in confidence, accountability, and resilience, carrying what they learn far beyond the gym.
